We’re very excited about our upcoming concert, which features beautiful settings of five of William Blake’s Songs of Innocence and Experience by renowned Adelaide composer Peter Webb. The poems explore the ‘two contrary states of the human soul’ and are full of vivid, striking imagery, and Peter’s intricate harmonies complement and enrich the language to perfection. We will also be recording these works during the week after the concert; a CD of this recording will be available in November and you can reserve your copy when you book if you’d like to listen to us more frequently!
